Tortita De Acelga

Ingredients

  • spinach (acelga) fresh or 1/2 pkt of frozen
  • 3 to 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • gram flour
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of pepper
  • grated cheese
  • a bit of water

Method

Boil the spinach and take off the excess of water, mix in the onion, garlic salt and pepper. Dissolve the gram flour with water making it like a paste, and mix in with the spinach.In a frying pan non-stick put enough oil and heat, then put in tablespoon of the mixture and fry. Put in a plate and ready to eat.
