Cod and Prawn Tagine



  • 800 G New Potatoes
  • 800 G Prawns
  • 800 Cod
  • 2 tbps Tomate Frito
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Lemon
  • 3 Bell Peppers
  • Olive Oil


Boil around 800 grams of new potatoes. I like them skin on but it’s optional.

2 Place approximately 2 tablespoons of tomate frito thinly spread on base of the tagine dish.

Combine all ingredients & potatoes in tagine. Place all herbs on top, 1/2 tablespoon each except for paprika which is 1/4.

Splash with Olive Oil & juice of 1 small lemon. Season with salt and pepper and place in the oven at 170 degrees for 50 mins

Serve with bread
