Ingredients
- 200g Desalted Cod (soak your salted cod changing water a couple of times)
- 100grs Gram Flour (Harina garbanzo)
- 125 ml water
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 grated garlic clove
- Parsley
- Colouring
Method
1, Cut your cod onto small pieces and mix all ingredients together.
2, Heat your oil and using a spoon drop spoonful of the mixture into your hot oil.
3, Fry both sides until golden brown preferably serve warm.
