Turron Cheesecake



  • I small packet digestive biscuits
  • 2 oz melted butter
  • 1 tub cream cheese
  • 2 tubs Mascarpone Cheese
  • 1 Turron Brando
  • Almonds

1. Begin your base as you would for any other cheesecake. Mash up the biscuits and mix together with melted butter.
Press the mixture down into a tin and leave in the fridge whilst you make filling.

2. Then mix 1 Turron Brando with 2 tubs of Mascarpone Cheese put on top of biscuit and place in the fridge.

3. Add cream before serving and decorate with Turron or Almonds.

  1. I plan to play that big Chess tourney there someday. My digs will be close to your place I hope! That cheesecake is high priority!!
