- 225g self raising flour
- 235ml water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tot brandy
- Quarter pound raisins
- Tate & lyle golden syrup
- Oil to fry
1. Sieve flour into a bowl, add sugar and water and stir. Add brandy and raisins. Mix well.
2. Heat oil in frying pan and add spoonfuls of mixture.
3. Once all mixture is done, heat syrup and dip each torta in it.
4. Finally sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy.
