Sugar free Bollitos de Hornazo

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs S.R.Flour1 tsp baking powder
  • 8 ozs butter
  • 10 ozs Fructose
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp aniseed
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 egg to brush tops of buns before baking.

Rub together the flour , baking powder and lard then add fructose, lemon juice and aniseed mix well.

Make a hole in the centre and introduce the eggs and knead into a dough.

Break into balls and flatten with your palms making markings on the top of each bun with a knife.

Once you have done so, brush with the beaten egg and place them on a baking tray with a few centimetres between them. Now put them in the oven at 150 degrees for about 30 mins.
