Sponge fingers with chocolate spread, almonds and custard

Ingredients

  • One pkt of sponge fingers.
  • Chocolate spread of your liking.
  • One pkt ground almonds.
  • One pkt of custard.
  • Chocolate flakes
  • Strawberries

Method

1. Sandwich two fingers with the chocolate spread and lay them in an oven dish, continue until all are used up.

2. Make the custard according to the pkt instruction and sprinkle the pkt of ground almonds on top of fingers, then cover with warm custard.

3. Finally sprinkle some chocolate on top and decorate with strawberries.
