Rosemarie’s Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup S.R.flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup sunflower oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tablespoonful cocoa
  • ( I use Caddbury’s Drinking Chocolate)
  • 1 teaspoonful Baking Powder
  • **Filling and coating**
  • 1 large Cadbury Chocolate
  • l large Nestle’s cream

Sift together the flour, cocoa and the baking powder

Beat the sugar and eggs until creamy.  Then add oil slowly with flour mixture.

Bake @ 190 for about 45 mins

Filling and coating

1 large Cadbury Chocolate
l large Nestle’s cream

Flake to decorate.
