Roast chicken with thyme and roast potatoes.

Ingredients

  • Six pieces of chicken.
  • Fresh thyme..
  • One onion
  • One chicken cube.
  • One oxo cube.
  • A blob of butter
  • Three or four medium potatoes.
  • Green Beans

Method

1. Clean chicken .place in oven dish season with salt and ground pepper.

2. Cut onion and add to chicken. Cut the potatoes and add to dish, sprinkle oxo cube, chicken cube and thyme over the chicken. Add butter and a bit of water to cover the potatoes and chicken, cook in oven until potatoes and chicken are tender.

3. Cut the green beans and boil in water until tender.drain well add a dash of pure oil .and mix .
