Pastel de coliflor – Cauliflower Tart

Ingredients

  •  5 Large Eggs
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 250 G Grated Mature Cheese
  • 1 tsp Breadcrumbs
  • Fresh Parsley or 1 tsp of Mixed Herbs
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

1 Boil the cauliflower, drain well and fry with the garlic in oil.

2 Add all the ingredients, pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake in the oven at 220C until golden brown.

I added some chopped ham but that’s optional
