Ingredients

  • 225 g Chickpea Flour
  • 285 ml Cold Water
  • Salt
  • Pepper

1. Soak the flour in the water and leave for 2 hours. Add salt and pepper, mix well and put in a saucepan, bring to the boil, stirring all the time until it’s thick. Once it’s cooked divide it between two plates (soup plates) and leave to cool.

2. Once the mixture is cold, cut into wide fingers or wedges and fry until golden brown.
