Green Peas and Onion Soup



  • 1 sliced bacon or 2 slices ham (optional)
  • 1 tin 150G garden peas
  • 1 pint water
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cube veg stock
  • Few drops piri piri
  • Some grated cheese


1, Lightly fry onions (bacon or ham ) with the olive oil .

2, Liquidise (bacon and or ham), peas, onions, stock cube, water, salt, pepper and piri piri.

3, Later heat and stir. Serve with grated cheese.
