Grandpa Claudio’s Pasta



  • 200gr Macaroni
  • 80grs Hard Edam Cheese
  • 80grs Smoked Bacon
  • l cube Beef OXO
  • 1/2 Stock Cube meat or chicken
  • 1 small pkt tomato sauce
  • salt
  • 1 egg

Oven at 200

Boil the pasta with the stock cube.

Grate the cheese, chop the bacon, prepare the OXO in little boiling water and beat the egg.

Once the pasta is boiled and drained, we start to assemble this delicious dish.

Firstly lay a bed of pasta on the oven proof dish

Cover with half of the grated cheese.

1/2 of your bacon

Pour half of the OXO sparingly and the tomato sauce. Sprinkle salt

Repeat the above finishing with the beaten egg.

Place into the oven for about 30mins or until golden.

Serve with green salad.
