Fish Tagine

Ingredients

  • 5 chunks fish diced about 1.5 inches
  • 1/4 green pepper
  • 1/4 orange pepper
  • 1/4 yellow pepper
  • 1/4 red pepper
  • 1/2 Red Onion
  • 2 tablespoons tomate frito
  • 10-15 small pre-boiled potatoes (optional)
  • 1 small sachet saffron
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbs garlic powder (or 2 finely chopped garlic cloves)
  • 1 tbs ginger powder
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

1. Dice and place all the ingredients into a tagine and bake at 160 C for around 40-45 mins (depending on fish used) I used cod.
