- 1 x 100ml Dry Aniseed Drink (anis seco)
- 2 x 100ml Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Fructose sugar
- 15 oz S.R.Flour
Mix the oil and sugar, add the aniseed then the s.r.flour and knead until the dough is manageable and not too sticky. Make the doughtnuts and place in an oven tray. Cook in a preheated oven 180c for approx 8mins.
Whilst baking in a clean coffee blender, make a couple tablespoons of fructose into the same texture as icing sugar.
When doughnuts are baked dip in the special icing sugar and set aside to cool before serving.
