Chicken Tagine

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo chicken breasts diced
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Pinch of Basil
  • Pinch of Oregano

Method

1. Place all ingredients in a Tajine, mix thoroughly, place in oven at around 180C for 55 mins

2. Serve with rice or cous-cous
