Chicken Revuelto



  • 1 Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 Pepper
  • Hot sauce
  • Spinach
  • Oil
  • 3 eggs
  • Parsley
  • salt

1. Dice your chicken breast and fry with a bit of oil until seared.

2. Chop your onion and pepper into small pieces and mix in with your chicken and a handful of spinach. Stir in some hot sauce.

3. Whilst that is cooking, stirring occasionally, crack open 3 eggs into a bowl with some parsley and whisk with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.

4. When the chicken and mixture are ready pour in your eggs and stir until cooked.
