Cabbage Chickpea Hotpot

Ingredients

  • 2 cups previously soaked chickpeas
  • 1/2 a med cabbage chopped
  • 1 chopped med onion
  • 1 diced potato
  • 2 whole garlic cloves
  • 1 sliced med carrot
  • 1 small piece cubed pumpkin
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 2 teaspoonful paprika
  • Salt and 5 or 6 peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Handful pasta.
  • 4 slices smoked bacon
  • 2 slices beef
  • 2 slices boneless pork
  • 1/2 chorizo and couple slices black pudding

Method

Heat oil and sauté the onions, garlic, peppercorns, bacon slices, sliced beef and pork adding slowly the rest of the vegetables, cover with warm water and tip Ito the pressure cooker add the paprika, pastas an season to taste.

Before serving add the chorizo and black pudding.
