Baked Haddock in Tomato and Lemon Sauce



  • 8 pieces of haddock or any other firm fish
  • 1 onion,
  • 2 cloves garlic,
  • 1 green pepper,
  • 1 jar Tomate Casero or Tomate Frito,
  • 1 lemon,
  • salt
  • pepper.


1. Chop onion, garlic, pepper and scatter on baking dish.

2. Add the fish and Tomato Sauce, add enough water to cover the fish. Cut lemon wedges and place around the dish and on top of the fish. Add Parsley.

3. Cook in oven at 180 for about an hour or until fish is cooked through.
