Bacon stuffed Chicken Breast



  • 2 chicken Breasts
  • 4 slices smoked bacon
  • 1 cup grated cheddar
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 roastabags
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


1. Make a slit from side to side of the chicken breast.

2. Try to keep in centre and stuff with the bacon slices. Salt, pepper and dash of olive oil approx 1/2tablespoon each breast.

3. Place into the roastabags and cook in the 200deg oven for about 15 to 20 mins.

3. Remove from the roastabags sprinkle with the cheese and return to the oven until melted. Serve with chips or vegetables.
