- 6 slices smoked bacon
- 400grs minced meat
- 1 Tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 1 med egg
- 1 grated garlic clove
- Salt and pepper
- 6 slices..sliced cheese
- 1 piece greaseproof paper
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
1, In a bowl mix minced meat,breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt and pepper.
2, Place the slices of bacon side by side on the greaseproof paper. Roll evenly the minced meat mixture on top. Spread the cheese slices on top.
3,With the help of the greaseproof paper start to roll. Make into a Swiss roll effect.
4, Heat oil and seal your Swiss roll all round
5, Place into an oven proof dish and brown round. About 20 mins each side.
