Artichoke Quiche Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke (drained and chopped)
  • 300 G spinach (drained)
  • 5 eggs whisked
  • 100 G cheddar cheese
  • 50 G hard cheese Edam
  • 150 ml double cream
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 50 ml milk

Method

1. Rinse, drain and chop up the artichoke and spinach.

2. Mix everything together in a large bowl.

3. Pour into small moulds, drizzling  a little oil in the dish first to avoid it sticking.

4. Place in the oven at 200C for 20 minutes
